JoJ API, a service operated by APRYCO, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our API marketplace and related services.
Account information — your name, email address and credentials when you register, or the profile identifiers shared by the sign-in provider you choose (Google, GitHub or LinkedIn).Billing information — the billing details you provide for your invoices and receipts (name or company, address, phone number, tax IDs), and records of your transactions and payouts. Card and account numbers are collected and stored by our payment processors, not on our servers — we keep only non-sensitive references such as a card’s brand and last four digits.Usage data — API requests, IP addresses and browser information, used to operate, secure and improve the services.
Requests you send through our gateway are forwarded to the servers of the API’s provider, including any data your request contains; the provider processes that data under its own terms and policies. We temporarily retain request logs to power debugging and usage views, and prune them automatically on a rolling basis. Aggregated usage counters are retained for billing.
We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process payments and payouts, issue invoices and receipts, send service-related communications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve user experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We rely on third-party services to operate: authentication (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn), payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency), bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile), and email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.
Transaction records, invoices and receipts are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Request logs are deleted automatically on a rolling basis. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us — see Your Rights below.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
