You can use JoJ API by adding funds to your API account. To do this, you must use the wallet page. You can add funds to your account manually or automatically.
The automatic top-up feature eliminates the need to monitor your balance manually, enabling uninterrupted access to pay-as-you-go plans. To use the automatic top-up feature, you must have a default payment method in the Stripe customer portal. The automatic payment feature attempts to automatically top up your account via your default payment method when your balance falls below a threshold you set. If the attempt fails, your automatic payment feature will be disabled, and you will receive an email about it.
Subscription fees for regular API plans are automatically deducted from your wallet balance when sufficient funds are available. If your balance is insufficient, the system will charge the fee directly to your payment methods, prioritizing your default card.
Manual processing is currently available for select cryptocurrency payments (at least $100). To arrange a cryptocurrency deposit, please contact us at [email protected]. Cryptocurrency deposits are non-refundable.Fully automated cryptocurrency top-up through the wallet page is planned for a future release.
