Payouts
The money earned by API providers through our platform is paid out by JoJ API on the 15th of each month. Payouts are based on earnings from the previous month. JoJ API deducts payment processing fees from gross earnings and takes a 10% commission on the remaining amount. The remaining amount is then sent to the API provider. The Studio Payouts panel displays gross revenue with a direct 10% deduction, but we will update this amount according to commissions during the payout process. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payout method (max 1%). To process a payout, the minimum amount that must be sent to the API provider is $30. Earnings below this threshold will not be paid out and will be carried over to the following month. Important Notice on Crypto Payouts
Because cryptocurrency payments are inherently irreversible, it’s critical to ensure that you are using the correct wallet address. For best practices, we recommend using reputable wallet applications such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or a hardware (cold) wallet. If you have any doubts about the validity of your wallet address, please verify your payout address as soon as possible through Studio at:https://jojapi.com/studio/payouts Failure to confirm may result in your payout being sent to an inaccessible wallet, in which case the funds may be permanently lost.
Disclaimer: JoJ API (and its payment processors) cannot recover, refund, or reissue funds that are sent to an incorrect, invalid, or inaccessible wallet address. Any loss resulting from such errors is the sole responsibility of the wallet owner.
