Payouts
Provider earnings are paid out on the 15th of each month, covering the previous month’s earnings. Two deductions apply, in order:
- Payment processing fees — what the payment processor charged to collect the money from your customer (see the table below).
- A 10% marketplace fee, applied to the remaining amount.
The rest is paid out to you. The Studio → Payouts panel shows a running estimate — your gross revenue minus the marketplace fee; the payment-processing portion is reflected when the payout is prepared.
For example: a customer pays $100 via Stripe, and Stripe charges a $3.55 processing fee, leaving $96.45. The 10% marketplace fee on $96.45 comes to $9.65, so $86.80 is paid out to you.
The minimum payout is $30 — earnings below the threshold are carried over to the following month. Depending on your payout method, a transfer fee of up to 1% may also apply. Current payment processing fees:
Important Notice on Crypto Payouts
Cryptocurrency payments are inherently irreversible, so it is critical that your wallet address is correct. We recommend using a reputable wallet application such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet, or a hardware (cold) wallet.
If you have any doubt about the validity of your wallet address, verify your payout address in Studio → Payouts as soon as possible. An unverified address may result in your payout being sent to an inaccessible wallet, in which case the funds may be permanently lost.
Disclaimer: JoJ API (and its payment processors) cannot recover, refund, or reissue funds sent to an incorrect, invalid, or inaccessible wallet address. Any loss resulting from such errors is the sole responsibility of the wallet owner.
Payout Methods
Payouts can be sent to your PayPal account, your crypto wallet, or your bank account. Set up your payout method in Studio → Payouts, or contact us at team@jojapi.com for details.
